For me the cardio is better but the
truth is that it depends on what you want.
If you want to be strong you would do cardio exercise
because it exercises the heart and improves circulation, cardio can cause the
muscle is healthy and strong, but it doesn’t increase the volume a lot.
Weight training increases the volume
of the muscle and makes you strong, but sometimes the people who have big
muscles can’t hold a race or other endurance sports because sometimes this people
only want improve her appearance.
In conclusion nothing is better but a
mix of the two makes you a health person with a lot of force.
