NUTRITION OR SPORT?

clip_image002When we do sport we move the muscles and this is very important to a good health, but why?

In the cells we have an organelle called mitochondria, this is responsible of having strong muscles and the only way to create this organelle in big quantity is moving the muscle (doing sport). The body is intelligent; it only uses energy if it needs to use this muscle. It hates wasting energy.

The nutrition is also important to create this organelle because if you don’t eat well this organelle costs more to create. Although it’s more important doing sport because it’s the reason of all the reactions.

In conclusion doing sport is better. Pensarós
